DEINE AUFGABEN:
• Verantwortung für Planung, Organisation und Koordination des Wigs / Make-up Teams
• Ausarbeitung von Arbeits- und Ablaufplänen in Zusammenarbeit mit Künstler*innen und Produktion
• Vorbereitung von Haarteilen, Perücken und Make-up Touch Ups gemäß den künstlerischen Vorgaben
• Pflege, Reinigung, Reparatur und Instandhaltung der Perücken
• Sicheres Verpacken für den Transport des Equipments
• Styling, Reparatur und Instandhaltung während der gesamten Produktionslaufzeit
• Auf- und Abbau der Abteilung an den jeweiligen Spielorten
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Kostümabteilung
• Anwendung von Friseur*inkenntnissen, insbesondere im Bereich Herrenhaarschnitt
• Strukturierte, ruhige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise unter Tourbedingungen

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating the wigs / make-up team
• Develop work and workflow plans in collaboration with artists and production
• Prepare hairpieces, wigs, and make-up touch-ups according to the artistic requirements
• Maintain, clean, repair, and care for wigs
• Safe packing of equipment for transport
• Style, repair, and maintenance throughout the entire production period
• Set up and break down the department at each venue
• Work closely with the costume department
• Apply hairdressing skills, particularly in men’s haircuts
• Maintain a structured, calm, and solution-oriented approach under touring conditions
Anforderungen / requirements
DU BRINGST MIT:
• Mindestalter: 21 Jahre
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maskenbildneri*n, Friseur*in oder Perückenmacher*in
• Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse im Perückenbau und im manuellen Knüpfen von Perücken ausdrücklich erwünscht
• Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Teams und in der Koordination einer Abteilung
• Hintergrund im Musical-, Theater- oder Tourbereich
• Frisörausbildung oder Kenntnisse in Herrenhaarschnitten
• Gutes Verständnis technischer Abläufe und Bühnenprozesse
• Hohe Belastbarkeit und zeitliche Flexibilität
• Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und / oder Englischkenntnisse

YOUR PROFILE / QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum age: 21 years
• Completed training as a make-up artist, hairdresser, or wig maker
• Advanced skills in wig construction and hand-knotting highly desirable
• Experience in leading a team and coordinating a department
• Background in musicals, theater, or touring productions
• Professional hairdressing training and/or experience with men’s haircuts
• Good understanding of technical processes and stage operations
• High resilience and flexibility regarding working hours
• Strong team player with a solution-oriented work style
• Excellent German and/or English language skills
